A detail survey is made to the site to understand the condition of the site. Based on which plan for execution will be given to the customer for approval.
Once the customer receives the quotation, we need a token advance of 15% for further assistance like design, drawing, supervision for marking at sites, or any other guidelines, which shall not be refunded when the total order is horned.
Plan of action is signed document approved by both the Customer and the Manager of the susceptive showroom.
Order once placed can’t be canceled or change of items are allowed.
Payment :50% at the time of order, 35% at the time of Material Delivery has to be made after the approval of final quotation for the work to start.
This Quotation is valid for 15 days only after 15 days prices are liable for changes.
Electric Power supply shall be made available free of cost at the time of execution of the work. However we shall not be responsible if there is a delay in the work because of lack of power supply.
Our quote does not include works pertaining to plumbing/water lines, masonry, electrical wiring and any other job, which is not quoted herein. These works shall be undertaken by the customer. However we shall not be responsible if there is a delay in the work that needs to be undertaken by the customer.
Warranty: Five year warranty shall be given from the date of demo against any manufacturing defects and workmanship.
